This podcast was punctuated by bands I thought I was going to see, and in the end didn’t end up seeing. Ah well, sadface4me I recorded this on Wednesday and mentioned Donna Summer at the very end and she died today which is a shame.

Aside from that there’s something very brand new from Summer Camp which I’m very much looking forward to as well as a remix of the new Man Like Me track that I can’t not not listen to. Does that make sense? I hope it does, I will not be repeating myself!

I started compiling this podcast about 2 hours after I heard the news that Beastie Boys MCA had died, so I thought opening with one of my favourite Beastie Boys tracks would be fitting, I hope if doesn’t come across as crass.

Other than that bummer of a start I have to say for some reason I wasn’t really sure I had anything great to play with, but then by the time I got to editing this bad boy, well I think it might be one of my favourites!

As I said on the podcast nearly all the old podcasts are now available on iTunes so go ahead and fill your boots. The recording quality is a bit shit for the first few but about number 14/15 it gets pretty tolerable.

Put this up a couple of days ago and in a desperate attempt to make up for the fact that I haven’t posted in a while not only does this podcast feature 11 songs, it’s also part 1 of 2!
